Hi, I'm Dawn, an experienced personal chef and the owner of Dawn to Dusk Catering. I grew up in Asia and received training in my local cuisine as well as international fares. I have traveled to every major food city around the world, but fell in love with the soulfulness of American cooking at first sight.
After moving to the U.S. with my family, I was eager to share the flavors I'm passionate about to my new neighbors. I began by serving holiday parties, baby showers, and all sorts of intimate gatherings, and before I knew it, people who tasted my food started coming to me for larger events. That's when I decided to start a family catering business and bring joy through my cooking to a wider community.
Aside from catering, we also provide private cooking classes, which are popular among individuals and couples who want to try something new.
